Multi-screen Variable speed Sorting and Screening machine

The machine is a variable speed, three screen with different grit (60, 120, 180) . The machine holds the chain conveyor on a vibrating bed which is connected to the variable stroke, variable speed rotary to oscillation mechanism (zero-max oscillator) which acts like the vibrator. The mix of four different sizes is poured onto the screens from the top hopper and then the screens are vibrated together using the zero max mechanism. Three different sizes are produced in the three screens at one time which saves time and power and labor cost.
