Automated material handling transfer line with collision prevention auto unloader

The material handling system is a fully automated sensor based system that is used to transfer the material from the store to the assembly lines. The trolley is provided with an auto un-loader that will transfer the material automatically to the work station that gives the first signal of low material. The system is provided with an anti-collision sensor to prevent any accident. The system is also programmed to follow sequence if the machine receives two signals of low material the same time.
